This Privacy Policy explains how Agentic Hat ("we", "us", the "Service") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our website and AI agent application. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
• Account information — your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Content you provide — the prompts you enter, images you upload or collect, your conversation history, and any memories or prompts you save.
• Generated content — the images and text the AI produces in response to your requests.
• Usage and billing data — your credit balance, usage records, and transaction history.
• Payment information — handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card number.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, cookies, and server log data.
We use your information to operate and provide the Service (including running the AI tasks you request), authenticate you and manage your account, process credits and billing, provide support, keep the Service secure and prevent abuse, and improve the Service using aggregated or de-identified data.
The prompts and images you submit are processed to generate the outputs you ask for. To do this, your inputs may be sent to third-party AI model providers acting as our processors solely to produce your results. We do not use your private conversations to train public models without your consent.
Our authorized personnel may access your content — including your conversations — where necessary to operate the Service: to investigate and fix technical problems, respond to your support requests, enforce our terms and content policies, and prevent abuse. Such access is limited to what is needed for those purposes, and administrative access to conversation content is recorded in an internal audit log.
We share information only as needed with service providers that help us run the Service — including AI model providers, our payment processor, cloud hosting and storage providers, our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and the authentication provider (Google) when you use Google sign-in — each acting on our behalf.
We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
• Essential — we use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your language, maintain your session, and secure the Service. These are required for the Service to function.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used in aggregate. It sets its own cookies in your browser and the data is processed by Google.
• Marketing attribution — if you arrive from an advertisement or a campaign link, we store that link's campaign parameters and the advertising platform's click identifier in a first-party cookie for up to 400 days, and attach them to your account if you go on to register. We use this only to understand which channels bring people to the Service. This data stays on our own systems and is not sold or shared for advertising.
You can clear or block cookies and browser storage at any time in your browser settings. Blocking the essential ones will prevent you from signing in; blocking the others only affects our measurement.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a commercially reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
The Service may be operated and accessed across multiple regions, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to protect your information in connection with such transfers.
Our Chrome extension has its own privacy notice describing how it handles the images you collect: see the Agentic Hat Extension Privacy Policy on this site.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
